There are four ways to sign up for an energy evaluation. Please review which method
best meets your needs as a home or business owner and sign up for your evaluation today!

Individual Residential In-Home Energy Evaluation (IHEE)
The IHEE requires a nominal fee of $50, which is reimbursed if a minimum
of the $50 worth of recommendations are completed. Additionally, the cost

Business Energy Evaluation
Commercial businesses are eligible for a free energy evaluation and direct install incentives. To sign-up your business, click here.

North Nashville Energy Evaluations
In 2011, Tennessee State University was awarded a grant from the U.S. Department
of Housing and Urban Development to provide free energy evaluations to 50 homes
and energy improvement renovations of 30 low-to-moderate income persons in the
North Nashville community. Residents living within specific North Nashville boundaries
and meeting certain income requirements are eligible to apply. Please note, even if you
do not meet these requirements, there may be other opportunities for your home.
