District 24 encompasses the areas of Sylvan Park, Hillwood, and Richland Park.
It also includes areas of the Green Hills and Whitland neighborhoods.
Councilmember Jason Holleman has accepted the challenge to lessen
the carbon footprint of his district and aims to match or better the goals
of other participating districts.
